We are looking for candidates who: Have good IT and communication skills; Have some customer service experience, not necessarily in a health or social care; Are self-motivated and who possess personal resilience to manage the large volumes of referrals coming into our service; Are able to work in a fast paced environment. This is not a hands on caring or support worker role but one that provides a valuable service to the community, to health and social care professionals and partner organisations such as the emergency services. We provide ongoing training and the opportunity to develop and progress a career in health and social care. This is an office based role, and staff work shift on a rota basis covering the hours of 8pm to 8am including weekends and bank holidays. There are pay enhancements for weekend and night working. This is a 24/7 service and on occasion you may be required to work a day shift and initial training is provided during traditional office hours.
