Main Duties Contribute to individuals' healthcare journeys by performing assessments, reviews, detoxes, and inpatient evaluations. Collaborate with the team to ensure broader needs are addressed. Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment interventions and care for service users. Prescribe and review medications as a Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber, prioritizing health problems and intervening appropriately in complex situations. Maintain effective communication, accurate records, and participate in self and peer reviews as integral aspects of the role. Requirements Of The Non-Medical Prescriber Qualified pharmacist with current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience. Alternatively, first-level registered nurse with a current PIN (Professional Identification Number) and a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience. Must be a Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber. Possess at least one year of relevant and recent experience in substance misuse treatment.
