An exciting opportunity has arisen for a kind and experienced Team Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated colleagues of the North Yorkshire and York child and adolescent mental health Eating Disorders team based at Dragon Parade clinic in Harrogate. The CAMHS Eating Disorders team (Child and adolescent mental health service) provides services and delivers care to children and young people in the North Yorkshire and York area. Dragon Parade clinic is located just outside of Harrogate Town centre, approximately a 10 minutes walk from the train station. It is easily accessed by car, bus, train and bicycle. As a member of the team you will work in the team office, alongside medical secretaries and other administration staff to provide support to the clinical staff within the team. The office is an area of high activity, and no two days are the same. This role is at the heart of the multi-disciplinary team and is a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations. As part of the administration team you will work closely with clinicians, to ensure that they have everything they need to provide the best possible care to our service users. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment and that can prioritise their workload and work to deadlines. An individual with excellent understanding and experience of using IT software such as Microsoft Office which will be used to maintain the trust systems and processes. The successful candidate will have contact with service users, families and carers as well as members of the public, and will require excellent interpersonal skills and possess and uphold the trust values of Respect, Compassion and Responsibility.
