As this is a multi-site position, a full driving licence is a prerequisite for interview, and access to a vehicle is essential, so this should be confirmed within your application. You will be covering 5 days per week, with 2 weekend days per month. You must be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication skills. You will have ideally come from a facilities background, or have experience of supervising staff. You will need to lead and motivate your team ensuring a high quality, professional service is delivered to patients and staff at all times.
