St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in South London, is a teaching hospital and tertiary referral centre with our maternity unit providing care to over 5000 women yearly. Our midwifery led Birth Centre - Carmen Birth Centre, named after one of our passionate community midwives - delivers approx. 600 babies a year. Our dedicated teams and specialist midwives for AN screening, Infant Feeding, NIPE, Bereavement, Governance, FGM, Maternal Medicine, Diabetes, FMU/DAU, Safeguarding and Perinatal Mental Health have a wealth of experience and are able support you to develop your knowledge in areas you feel passionate about. You can develop your skills and practice across the entire maternity service and support women across the entire range of our services.
