Contract Scotland currently has a great opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a repeatable housing developer based in the East of Scotland. Within the housing industry, Customer Care is instrumental to the organisation's success, and this well-respected organisation understands the importance of getting it right. This is a temporary position, however, our client will consider those on a fixed-term basis - 10 months. Duties Taking ownership Manage customer queries and set expectations on timescales Liaising with customers and contractors ensuring works are carried out according to process Handle escalations as and where required Strive to ensure all industry standards are met (NHBC Regulations) What do you need to apply? Ideally, you will come with a basic understanding of construction/housing processes Coins package experience would be advantageous Successful candidates will be strong-willed You must be able to drive things forward, make decisions on the spot and adequately assess the needs of the Customer You will be required to work Monday-Friday and should be willing to attend the office full-time until after your probationary period when a hybrid model will be assessed.
