Responsibilities Include Identifying customer needs and answering product related questions using your product knowledge whilst offering advice and guidance in the selection of suitable products Processing sales and communicating accurate information, including creating purchase orders from suppliers and quotations for customers Supporting in improving and maintaining brand standards on visual display and merchandising to meet our company guidelines Organising meetings for our in-house Designers to support with kitchen and home design appointments. Following Neptune policies and procedures to maintain our stock, cash handling and customer records Supporting with maintaining the upkeep of our stores, ensuring they are presented to our brand standards Our stores are open 7 days a week and so it's important that you'll have flexibility to work during the week and at weekends also.
