The salary will be £12.20 per hour, business miles covered at 45p /mile. What the job involves for an Accompanied Viewer: - Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants during scheduled hours. Providing detailed information about properties and answering any questions from prospective tenants. Updating landlords promptly on viewing outcomes and feedback. Identifying suitable applicants and forwarding their information to the leasing team for further processing. Ensuring properties are presented in the best possible manner during viewings. We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:- Previous experience in property management preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Knowledge of the local rental market is a plus.
