The Eating Disorder Team has seen significant growth and now have a Home Treatment offer. Care will be delivered in our clinics and young people’s homes. We are seeking applicants to these posts to support with the delivery of this service. To support children and young people with an eating disorders who display behaviour that challenges them eating, including those with a mental health condition. To avoid inappropriate hospital admission. The post holder will work as part of the Eating Disorder home treatment offer, under the supervision of a Band 6 Eating Disorder nurse and Team Lead. The teams’ aim is to empower and support children and young people with an Eating Disorder and their families to stick to meal plans and encourage eating. This will be working within the home environment alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team.
