To be responsible for dealing with telephone complaints/enquiries and other communications with a high degree of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality in line with CPFT procedures and policies. Participate in root cause analyses and trend analyses of complaints, SI incidents and/or near misses reported, engaging the clinical governance department and working with other colleagues as appropriate to investigate. Ensure that all lessons learnt from complaints are captured and disseminated across the service area and to a wider audience where relevant.
