To complete Initial assessments with young people referred This will include the assessment planning implementation and evaluation of a variety of therapeutic approaches either alone or as a member of the MDT and including medication / physical reviews for those on medications. NMC mental health nursing qualification and registration together with significant post qualification experience in mental health services to post graduate diploma level.
