Our department offer support in its infrastructure as you will be allocated to work within a nursing team managed by a band 7 and have regular team away days. Your learning and development will continue as you rotate through the specialist units with your team, enhancing your Aortovascular, Postop recovery and ECMO skills We have a platform for nurse led research and are fortunate enough to be able offer our nurses’ opportunities to gain BSc, MSc and PHD qualifications, which is fully supported by our director of research and development.
