Main duties of the job Our Practice Nurse role would be expected to undertake a range of nursing assessments and provide appropriate care or treatment in conjunction with our clinical team and Practice Policies. Ideally, you'd be able to support and deliver a high level of quality care and service based on the needs of the patient population of which would include treatment, management plans, screening, preventative care and patient education.
