Fleetwood Surgery -Practice Nurse -15-32.5 hours per week (primary care experience preferred) Our new Practice Nurse can expect to work in an encouraging, supportive, forward thinking, experienced Practice environment that is continually working to improve the quality of healthcare for our patient population. We are keen to recruit and welcome applications from experienced Practice Nurses who would like to join our friendly, professional, caring team who are passionate about providing safe and effective care to our patient population. There are several opportunities available, and we are able to offer hours between 15-32.5 hours per week, competitive salary based on experience, and are really keen to meet colleagues who have experience in particular with Diabetes and Respiratory Management. Main duties of the job Our Practice Nurse role would be expected to undertake a range of nursing assessments and provide appropriate care or treatment in conjunction with our clinical team and Practice Policies. Ideally, you'd be able to support and deliver a high level of quality care and service based on the needs of the patient population of which would include treatment, management plans, screening, preventative care and patient education. In addition to this, you would also be expected to support the Practice in meeting its contractual obligations and delivery of enhanced service specifications.
