You will play a key role in liaising with external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical and HealthTech companies and external experts. The role requires close monitoring of a number of different projects to ensure they run efficiently, with appropriate security measures in place. You will also work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to plan and coordinate the delivery of NICE International and Educational services. We have x1 permanent role and x1 fixed term contract for 6 months from the start date. The Assistant project manager will support NICE Advice across its varied portfolio of projects and activity. Key Responsibilities Include Support for projects and programme activity; including monitoring progress of timelines, contributing to project planning and co-ordination and facilitating quality control procedures, to meet the needs of our clients and the team Working with national and international organisations, public bodies, academia, professional groups, NHS organisations and other teams within NICE to support the activity of the programme Playing a key role in the collection, storage, and organisation of data from various sources to ensure accessibility and reliability for analysis. Supporting the development and implementation of data analysis techniques and tools to enable effective reporting, decision-making and strategic planning. Developing, updating and maintaining processes and systems used by the team to support business operations Updating senior team members on progress of different projects, identifying risks and planning mitigation and contingency strategies whilst keeping an audit trail of your work Escalating queries and flagging risk to project team or manager where appropriate Positive engagement with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and referring opportunities where appropriate.
