You will have had 2 years' experience at band 5 level in Intensive care , having undertaken the Intensive Care course and will have experience in mentoring new starters and undertaken some projects and audits in a critical care unit . Internal rotation into night shifts will be required. We are looking to recruit passionate, enthusiastic and dynamic Band 6 critical care nurse who is either at the start of developing their leadership skills post their ICU course or have substantial band 6 experience in critical care. You will be provided with supernumerary orientation programme and further training to develop leadership skills and a rotation into the practice development team and the Critical Care outreach team at Newham Barts Health is one of the largest NHS trusts in the country, and one of Britain’s leading healthcare providers.
