Play a key role in ensuring that compliance documents are completed and maintained. Carry out comprehensive assessments and create care plans with new service users and their families, ensuring their needs are identified and goals are set. Identify training needs across the company, providing coaching when appropriate. Ensure CQC standards are maintained often through conducting spot checks. Monitor medication management using MARS system. Provide care cover in times of emergency. Ensure accurate, timely reporting and effective communication across the company! Liase with Care Coordinators, completing risk assessments as well as completing any RIDDOR when needed. Attend customer reviews – having clear communication with families! Essential Skills What are we looking for in our next Compliance Review Officer?
