Main duties of the job Working alongside supportive colleagues and Specialist Consultants, you will benefit from training on the most up to date pioneering equipment and treatments, helping you to become more of an expert in your field. Working as a Senior Staff Nurse within Orthopaedic department, you will assess, plan, deliver and implement a high standard of nursing care, responding to individual needs. To provide management and leadership to all staff in the absence of the Sister, to act as a point of contact for patients following discharge.
