The office is in Lingfield, Surrey and you must drive to get to this location! You will be joining a small, welcoming and dedicated support team who provide an integral service to their external customers. This role is working 32 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30AM - 4.30PM. Your Duties Will Include Accurate data entry into Excel spreadsheets Entering data into in-house systems Responding to email queries Sending information out to customers Taking calls and passing on detailed messages as needed We are looking for a friendly team member who has previous administration and data entry experience. You will be inputting data on large Excel spreadsheets so you must be confident on Excel, as well as other MS Office platforms. A good phone manner, strong accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as a positive attitude to work!
