Lead and develop the cancer nursing strategy across the Trust, focusing on compassionate care and operational improvements. Provide professional accountability for Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNSs) and Cancer Support Workers (CSWs). Collaborate with operational leads and stakeholders across the Trust and wider region, and voluntary sector, to ensure efficient cancer pathways and service redesign. Drive initiatives like the Personalised Care and Support (PCS) and Personalised Stratified Follow-Up (PSFU) pathways. Serve as an expert clinical practitioner, dedicating 10% of your contracted hours to direct patient care.
