Chelston Hall Surgery in Torquay is looking to recruit a new salaried GP for between 4-6 sessions/week. We are a large, forward-thinking GMS training practice operating over two sites, involved in the training of GPs, medical students, nurses, paramedics andoverseas doctors . We are proud of our dedicated multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. We are affiliated with Plymouth University, and one Partner is an Associate Dean responsible for GP trainees in Torbay. Chelston Hall is a UK visa sponsoring practice. We are looking for a GP to work within the existing team, to include undertaking the full range of services such as duty sessions, triage lists and to manage their own list of patients clinically. Sessional rate will be £10,000 - £11,500 depending on responsibilities. Our team includes ANP, clinical pharmacist, ECP for acute visiting, salaried GPs and 6 GP partners. We would welcome a doctor who wants to be involved with the running of the practice and is interested in quality improvement. We offer all salaried GPs a generous induction, including a mentor for at least six months, protected administration time and the flexibility to review these arrangements when appropriate. "}
