Do you enjoy working in an exciting environment? If yes, then come and join us in the Dental Records department at the University Dental Hospital. We are looking for someone to join our friendly team as a Clinic Co-ordinator in the University Dental Hospital. We currently have Various Hours within our Post for Band 3 Clinic Coordinator which will be working Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, organised, and team player. Have good administration skills and experience of working with the public, reception duties and knowledge of data entry (training will be provided for our in-house IT systems). To provide a comprehensive and efficient reception service within Dental Records as directed by the Health Records and Information Manager or Deputy Health Records Manager maintaining a high standard of clerical duties and overseeing all aspects of the preparation and delivery of the clinic ensuring that departmental deadlines and RTT targets are achieved. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
