What you'll get to do Manage your own caseload of schools to provide high levels of support and consultation for operational colleagues Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey with Horizon To be responsible for assessments, goal setting and recommendations for therapeutic support for your own caseload. To develop, write and regularly review/update therapeutic goals for children and young people in education. To develop and contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy.
