We now have many services throughout the Wirral and NW Cheshire We Want Our Support Workers To Be willing to learn about autism and the work of a support worker able to make a real positive difference to the lives of the people we support great team player able to work flexible hours over shift patterns What Will You Do As a Flexible Support Worker Work across all our services Accompany the people we support to leisure and personal activities or appointments Support people to attend work or day time activities - often in our own Day Services Help to maintain good domestic standards within the service (house) – encouraging the service user to participate in all domestic activities. Help with personal care if required Update paperwork and other administration tasks as needed Prepare meals with the people we support – ensuring they have a healthy and balanced diet. Administer medication as and when required (full training provided) Support people through times when they are feeling anxious and display risk behaviours "}
