You will be responsible for overall clinical leadership within the LW service, which will include the continued development of clinical pathways, clinical governance, and provision of high-quality clinical supervision. You will be responsible for the systematic development and provision of highly specialist psychological services for people using the LW service, and their families/carers who experience complex psychological problems. You will develop and provide services that meet the agreed service priorities. This will include development and implementation of highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention strategies including clinical casework, training/supervision of other team members and the provision of consultancy work generally for the assurance of quality in the use of psychological methods by the LW team. Depending on the candidate there is also scope to include the delivery of some individual therapy within the role. We are especially keen to welcome applicants with lived experience of mental illness to this post.
