We are looking for caring, compassionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated Healthcare Assistants ready to help us to provide high quality care and excellent patient experience. We are 13 bed Male ward As a Healthcare Assistance you will be working very closely with the nurses and the rest of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a rapid recovery while a high quality care and safe discharge is provided. The Healthcare Assistance role is key within our patients’ treatment as you will be providing, supporting and encouraging patients with personal care, nutrition and hydration, mobility and safety. We value the job and effort of every member of our team. We value every input from the team members that help the unit to improve and achieve the standards required by CQC and StARS accreditation, and we value good communication and team work, this is key for us.
