We are 13 bed Male ward As a Healthcare Assistance you will be working very closely with the nurses and the rest of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a rapid recovery while a high quality care and safe discharge is provided. The Healthcare Assistance role is key within our patients’ treatment as you will be providing, supporting and encouraging patients with personal care, nutrition and hydration, mobility and safety. We value every input from the team members that help the unit to improve and achieve the standards required by CQC and StARS accreditation, and we value good communication and team work, this is key for us.
