The post holder will work as an integral part of the team to continue to uphold the high standards on the ward. As a Housekeeper, You Will Lead Ward Services Such As Catering, Cleaning, Equipment And Supplies. We are seeking a motivated and committed Housekeeper to join our team. You will be working 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday. This is an exciting and pivotal role in which you will work closely with the nursing and domestic staff to ensure a safe, clean and organised clinical environment. You will take responsibility for ensuring that all medical equipment is clean and well maintained. You will undertake the ordering of stores and equipment on the ward, excellent computer skills are essential for this role. You will be responsible for assisting with obtaining feedback from our patients by using the What Matters To Me tracker and friend and family test. You will also be assisting the team in continuous quality improvement work. You must be able to empathise with and consider patients as you go about your duties, you will have an organised and positive approach to ensure the tasks at hand are carried out in a timely, effective manner. Able to cope well under pressure, you will utilise excellent communication and team skills.
