This is an 18 month contract where you will be employed by deverellsmith - paid weekly. This role is customer facing, therefore must have worked in a similar role before. Strong background in plumbing, electrical, painting, decorating, and mastic application will be essential to the success of this role. Working hours 7:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) Paying £40,000-£45,000 ASAP start Key Responsibilities Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Utilize safety equipment as required, including personal protective equipment (PPE). Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client satisfaction. Make any necessary touch-ups or corrections to achieve a flawless finish. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and address their questions or concerns. Provide guidance and recommendations regarding paint colors, finishes, and decorating options. Requirements Proven experience as an operative for a New Build developer Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and finishes. Proficiency in mastic application and repairs. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
