Job Description Summary (Main Duties And Responsibilities) The community enhanced rehabilitation team (CERT) is an innovative, psychology led team delivering rehabilitation interventions in a community setting. The team has excellent outcomes which have been published. The inpatient services are based across two hospitals (Stewart House and the Willows) where psychology is well established. The hospital placements team reviews service users who need a specialist placement that is not offered within the trust. Psychological formulation will be central to this process and a central aim of the team will be to repatriate people when possible and design care packages which are close to home. The post holder will work across the pathway and can negotiate the areas in which they would like to work based on their experience and preferences.
