Are you passionate about Physiotherapy and looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a rotational post? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Physiotherapy Team at Yeovil in Somerset NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Physiotherapist. This position will rotate around the clinical areas of Frailty, MSk, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Rapid Turnaround, Reablement and Urgent Care. You'll join an experienced therapy team consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Rehabilitation Assistants. Provide a highly specialised and up to date physiotherapy service in the clinical area. Provide clinical support, guidance and supervision for band 5 staff, students and Rehabilitation Assistants working within the Team Provide assistance to the Team Leads in the planning, co-ordinating, delivery and evaluation of the Therapy service Deputise when necessary on behalf of the Team lead on both clinical issues and managerial duties within the Team Play an active role in the development of Rotational Band 6 and Band 5 Physiotherapists, students and Rehabilitation Assistants Have a broad understanding of physiotherapy specialities and of wider departmental/ professional issues Weekend, Bank Holiday and respiratory on-call working will be expected and training will be provided to meet this competency.
