A key component of the role will be to work across services to transform the delivery of community health services in line with the NHS direction of travel toward more care delivered closer to home and in neighbourhood footprints. The post holder will need to be flexible and adaptable in their approach given the changing nature of community health services delivery and, part of the role will be to support the development and operational management of one of east Surreys Integrated Neighbourhood Teams.
