To ensure safe use, and cleanliness, of all work equipment required - e.g. Vacuums, Rangers, and Scrubber/dryers etc. following Housekeeping standard operating procedures. To explain and demonstrate own duties to new starters. To monitor and report on stock levels and ensuring that these are correctly stored in line with COSHH. To record personally generated information for compliance to ensure Infection prevention protocols are followed. To participate in cleanliness audits as required, and Trust surveys. To work within clearly defined procedures using own initiative on routine matters, with supervision available. To wear full uniform as issued and maintain personal appearance and hygiene at a standard commensurate with the duties and role of the post. Cannock Chase Hospital are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us in providing an effective and efficient service. Previous hospital experience is not essential but experience of carrying out similar duties and an understanding of cross infection issues is desirable.
