We are looking for an IT literate, reliable and competent administrator who can assist with the smooth running of patient facing and back office services. A large part of the role involves dealing with patients via telephone. The role can be both challenging and rewarding so the ability to deal with situations efficiently and professionally is essential. Applicants should be aware that the surgery is open from 08:00 18:30 Monday to Friday and cover for holidays/ sickness absences will be required outside of the regular hours.
