The role requires the post holder to be able to communicate clearly with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The post holder will also be expected to the IT literate as electronic systems are used to input clinical data. Previous use of SystmOne would be an advantage The post holder will need to be able to prioritise their day and be familiar with all routine blood tests and their clinical importance. The hours of work will be on a shift rota over five days a week. Applicants must be able to access work locations on a frequent basis within short timescales.
