Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national standards and access targets Service Development and Improvement: Identify trends and opportunities for service improvement related to patient safety and experience. Develop and coordinate policies and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., CQC, NHSE/I, CCG). Work with Operational Service Managers to identify and address areas for service improvement, including capacity and demand.
