You will receive regular supervision with opportunities to develop clinical and professional practice in line with service user and organisational values. You will be a qualified Occupational Therapist, preferably with experience of working with severe and enduring mental health service users. You will be responsible for care co-ordinating a set caseload alongside Occupational Therapy specific cases. You will have experience of utilising a variety of OT interventions and have a good knowledge and experience of the Model of Human Occupation and associated assessments.
