Delivering through joint working and collaboration with local partners, East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST), Mid and South Essex Hospitals Group, General Practitioners, Social Care teams, NHS community services and the voluntary sector. We treat, prescribe, take samples, provide equipment and support to aid their recovery at home. we have links to frailty team and on call consultants for advice and support.
