Interviews will be held on 23rd October Develop, implement and monitor standards for medication safety and safe prescribing Support the ICB Patient Safety Specialist with medication safety and safe prescribing Support the ICB to meet Controlled Drugs (CD) responsibilities Support, lead and/or manage relevant incidents involving medicines and prescribable products Participate in the investigation of never events, safeguarding issues and serious incidents Share knowledge and awareness of the patient safety agenda and learning from incidents across the ICB and ICS, through local networks and national information Promote, influence and enhance a culture of medicines safety across the health economy by involving stakeholders, including patients and the public Liaise with other ICB and ICS teams in the development of medication safety awareness and learning across the ICB and ICS Actively participate in and contribute to regional and national medicines safety officer networks; sharing learning and resources as relevant Work with the Head of Pharmacy to develop and implement Antimicrobial Stewardship across Derbyshire Support the ICB's infection prevention and control team with the delivery of local and national infection control targets by providing advice on treatment and prescribing Support the Head of Pharmacy with pharmaceutical input to Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) and liaison with the OCC "}
