{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nSenior Clinical Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Kingston upon Thames\n\n Each year, over one million people visit Kingston Hospital for treatment or as a visitor. Out of the top six London Trusts, Kingston is the only District General Hospital; the others are teaching hospitals and overall, the hospital lies 15th nationally. The Hospital is based about 12 miles from the center of London with good transport links into the capital and in a beautiful and historic part of the country. It lies very close to Richmond Park and is close to Hampton Court Palace and Kempton Park, and the River Thames. Further information may be found on the hospital website at www.kingstonhospital.nhs.uk The post has been created to run alongside the full-shift middle grade on call rota with a more limited out of hours commitment. Details of this will be confirmed once the on-call rota is finalised, but the expectation is of a work schedule more focused on additional daytime activity rather than out of hours (nights/weekends). This post would suit a senior experienced middle grade, particularly one who is seeking experience to support CESR application. We are looking for a Dr with at least 5 years' experience in obstetrics and gynaecology with clinical competencies consistent with ST6 level or above. The post would suit a senior O&G trainee looking for additional experience whilst applying for consultant posts post CCT. The post holder will be an integral part of the O&G team covering the labour ward, Gynaecology ward, acute admissions, and in-patients. There will be regular sessions in the antenatal and gynaecology clinics, main theatre and DSU and an on-call commitment. The post holder will participate in departmental teaching, audits and governance meetings. There will also be the opportunity to take part in research and various departmental quality improvement projects. Although the post is not recognised for training purposes it will be covered by the Terms and Conditions for Hospital, Medical and Dental Staff (England and Wales) with corresponding salary scale plus London Weighting Allowance.
