An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Clinical Change & Projects Manager to join our friendly and professional Digital Delivery team. We are looking for an experienced, highly organised, dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the delivery of a number of projects within our portfolio. The post holder will have a clinical background and will be a team worker with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. They will also have good IT skills and project and change management experience, ideally in digital projects. They will also ideally have experience of working within an acute NHS Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with Clinical, Operational and Digital colleagues to successfully delivery digital change to end users across the Trust. This role will be based at Harrogate District Hospital, however the role is hybrid and offers the ability to have a balance of being office based and working from home. Main duties of the job Provide project and clinical change management for a portfolio of clinical digital projects, identified as part of the Trust's Digital Strategy. Responsible for establishing robust governance arrangements, producing plans and other documentation, whilst providing guidance for project teams. Ensure communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, make sure that organisational procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realised from the implementation of change. Ensure that assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and facilitate the full realisation of benefits defined in the business case. Support clinical business transformation and service improvement work across the organisation enabled by digitally technology. The post holder will provide clinical support, advice and project management for the ongoing development and implementation of digital projects, identified as part of the Trust's Digital Strategy, supporting the delivery of better patient care. To support the strategic aims of the Trust the post holder will lead engagement and work with a wide range of clinical staff members and teams to promote the use of digital technology in the clinical setting to improve safety, quality, patient and family satisfaction, efficiency in the delivery of care, and overall cost reduction.
