Utilise various techniques to set and monitor clinical standards through audits, research, and education. Maintain a strong understanding of rota management, sickness absence, staff welfare, and incident management. About You: Substantial experience in acute medicine and/or emergency medicine. Ideally educated to degree level with a robust understanding of nursing practices. Competent with key trust systems. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
