To source cover for Doctor vacant shifts in circumstances of sickness, escalating issues to the Rota Coordinator as they arise. 2. Act as the first point of contact for dealing with routine enquiries, taking action as necessary liaising with others as appropriate. 3. Communicate with staff, and/or external organisations using appropriate methods. 4. Liaising with TSS in order to fill vacant shifts whilst utilising the TempRE system. 5. Maintain an efficient and comprehensive administrative service, including photocopying, providing support to the departments and other team members as requested. "}
