About The Role As a Domiciliary Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our service users receive outstanding care in the comfort of their own homes. Youll work closely with our dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of care, uphold the dignity of our service users, and support their independence. In This Role, You Will Ensure the smooth running of care services, maintaining the quality of care delivered to service users. Oversee care shifts and manage the wellbeingof both staff and service users in the absence of the Home Care Manager. Support service users in their day-to-day activities, ensuring their care plans are followed and their needs are met. Train and assess staff to ensure safe and effective administration of medication. Maintain confidentiality and uphold a professional image at all times. Key Skills and Attributes Minimum 2 years' experience in a care setting with vulnerable individuals. Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. Empathy, understanding, and a proactive approach to meeting service users' needs. Commitment to ongoing professional development and health and safety practices. Ability to make balanced and timely decisions and involve others in the decision-making process.
