The role will entail working to find solutions to complicated needs/troubles. Working collaboratively with other professions and care sectors. Ensuring clear communication is maintained and working efficiently to provide care. Knowledge of the Care act, mental health and mental capacity act are essential to ensure that process and procedures are followed and safe and best outcomes are measured. An expectation of this role will be to role model and or tutor juniors/students.
