This role specifically involves preparing AND serving meals to children at Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital so it is important to be well presented, friendly and approachable, as well as having an eye for presentation. Previous experience of working within a catering environment essential, as is a good knowledge of correct food safety and hygiene procedures. Applicants must be enthusiastic, reliable and have the ability to work using their own initiative. Good written and oral communication skills are important for this role and a full PVG disclosure check is also necessary.
