Children's Emergency Department is purpose built and includes three paediatric resuscitation bays, 6 major spaces, and an ENP service co-located within the emergency department, seeing minor illness and injury, as well as a ten bedded children's assessment and decision unit. The Nurse Team Leader post is a vital and valued role to support in providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patient/clients and their families/carers. Based on a Children's ED and Assessment Unit setting, you work closely with the department / ward manager and multidisciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care, staff and service development within the unit setting.
