We are recruiting for a Children's Nurse Team Leader who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. Children's Emergency Department is purpose built and includes three paediatric resuscitation bays, 6 major spaces, and an ENP service co-located within the emergency department, seeing minor illness and injury, as well as a ten bedded children's assessment and decision unit. The Nurse Team Leader post is a vital and valued role to support in providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patient/clients and their families/carers. Based on a Children's ED and Assessment Unit setting, you work closely with the department / ward manager and multidisciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care, staff and service development within the unit setting.
