Main duties of the job Recruitment / work force planning. Contribute to building external stakeholder relationships aligned with the Substance misuse The post holder will lead regular clinical supervision, appraisal and performance of the staff within the team. The lead nurse will provide advice and support to other professions and colleagues within the substance misuse team. The lead nurse will provide leadership and clinical expertise to the team, enabling the team to deliver a comprehensive mental health service and improve outcomes to young people with substance misuse The lead nurse will engage with Aquarius and partner agencies The lead nurse will also ensure training and evidence-based guidance's provided to the wider mental health teams to deliver effective interventions.
