An opportunity has arisen to come and work with our forward-thinking Community Midwives at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust Brighton and Hayward's Heath locations. As Lead Midwife for one of the Community Midwifery Teams you will ensure woman and people accessing care from these teams receive high quality, contemporary and family centred services. You will ensure the smooth day to day provision of care, encompassing National Agendas, to lead by example and provide clinical supervision. The post holder will take overall responsibility for the Community teams, working closely with other health professionals to ensure individual packages of care are created to maximise best practice.
