Location Manchester Hours 37.5 per week Salary £23,497.50 - £23,685.20 dependant on experience We are looking for a warm and friendly person to join our busy service in Manchester. As the first point of contact, you will greet all visitors promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming atmosphere. About The Role Management of Prescription Production & Scripts Assist in the management of prescription production as required across the whole service and changes to scripts in line with Doctors medical reviews. Prescription Generation Maintain and assist with process across the Recovery Service. First Point of Contact For actions and discussions around prescriptions and controlled stationary. Service Information Effective processing of correspondence / data entry as required. Appointment Coordination Work with Team Leaders managing booking systems for Doctors appointments and reviews for Doctors appointments and reviews. About You Office Skills Knowledge of general office procedures and minute-taking experience. IT Proficiency Skilled in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and data entry. Interpersonal Skills Effective interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team. Confidentiality Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond appropriately to requests for assistance. Communication Confident and effective verbal and written communication skills. Professional Attitude Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude toward those accessing our service. Team Player Ability to work flexibly as a team member.
