Band 7 - Sister/Charge Nurse - Emergency Department The Emergency Department at Prince Charles Hospital is a designated Trauma Unit and is a busy department within a large District General Hospital. The unit consists of a dedicated paediatric unit, minor injuries unit, majors unit and an adult and paediatric resuscitation area. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide a high quality service and clinical evidence based care to our patient population whilst ensuring a positive learning environment for all staff. The successful candidate will need to have a clear vision for best practice and evidence of complex decision-making skills. The unit is undergoing a clinical model and workforce modernisation review and this is an exciting time to come and join our innovative team.
