The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are observed and meet the CAVUHB requirements in the Health and Safety Policy The post holder will work within Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health, they will be responsible for supporting and development of new Pyscho-education offer. The postholder will work with the rest of the team and service to contiune offering Psycho-Education and developing the new service offer and material for further wellbeing and Intervention Journal. They will also be involved with the creation and delivery of groups within the service. Organising and offering Connection Sessions with external agencies. Also in assisting qualified staff in carrying out comprehensive assessments of need and risk. The post holder may delegate work to others and provide teaching and running groups where appropriate. They will work autonomously with young people in a clinic/telephone environment and in the community, adhering to treatment packages developed by the band 6 and 7 Specialist Nurses in adherence of agreed protocols.
